A RAMALLAH ON EN APPELLE AU CALIFAT

Samedi dernier, le 11 août 2007, un mouvement international dont le fonds de commerce est d'appeler au Califat mondial a tenu une conférence à Ramallah, à quelques encablures de Jérusalem. Avec cette conférence, H'izb al Tahrir Al Islami ou "Parti de la libération de l'Islam" a formellement établi une branche de l'empire global musulman dans l'Autorité palestinienne (AP), seul moyen de libérer les Musulmans pour lui. Les médias de l'AP ont rapporté que l'événement a réuni des milliers de participants sous la bannière "Le Califat, la force qui monte".
Le mouvement a confirmé que l'installation d'un califat, ou empire global musulman, était le seul moyen de libérer les Musulmans du "racisme", de la "dégradation" et de l'"occupation"… Le chef du parti Ata Khalil Abu Al-Rashtha a dit que le rassemblement de Ramallah était le 1er du genre en AP. Cet homme est un ingénieur civil de la région de Hébron.
Selon l'agence de presse Maa'n, basée en AP, une 1ère conférence a traité des nombreux conflits du monde où des Musulmans sont concernés. Le conférencier a rappelé que le califat était la seule solution pour sauver ces Musulmans des situations difficiles où ils se trouvaient. La 2ème conférence intitulée "les médias et le califat" suggère que les Musulmans doivent faire en sorte que la priorité des médias soit de favoriser l'installation de ce califat mondial et global. Le califat est un impératif de l'unité musulmane.
Selon le site web de H'izb al Tahrir Al Islami, "Hizb Ut-Tahrir est un parti politique dont l'idéologie est l'Islam. Son objectif est de réinstaller le mode de vie islamique, en fondant un état islamique qui applique les règles de l'Islam, et de le clamer à travers le monde entier". Cette organisation a été créée en 1952 à Jérusalem.
Au bout du compte, H'izb al Tahrir Al Islami veut voir le Califat accepté par les masses musulmanes, un empire qui s'étendrait sur le monde entier par la daa'wa (persuasion) et le jihad (lutte armée). Ce parti veut diffuser ses objectifs auprès des Musulmans et il cherche à déstabiliser les pays où ceux-ci vivent. De ce fait, certains pays arabes considèrent ce mouvement comme une menace, puisque son idéologie précise que "toutes les terres islamiques sont aujourd'hui des zones d'infidélité, puisque l'Islam n'y gouverne plus". Ainsi H'izb al Tahrir Al Islami veut transformer les maisons d'infidélité en maisons d'Islam. Et pour savoir si un foyer est islamique ou non, cela ne dépend pas du fait que ses habitants soient musulmans ou non, mais plutôt comment la sharia' y est appliquée et si la protection de cette maison est assurée par des musulmans ou des infidèles.
En Irak, en Jordanie, en Syrie, en Egypte, en Tunisie, en Lybie les régimes locaux ont tué ou emprisonné des douzaines de membres de H'izb al Tahrir Al Islami. Ce mouvement est soit totalement banni ou partiellement comme des certains pays d'Asie Centrale, en Russie et en Allemagne. Au Royaume Uni, l'interdiction a été proposée du fait de l'enseignement antisémite qu'il prodigue.
Actif dans le monde entier, H'izb al Tahrir Al Islami a aujourd'hui son implantation principale en Europe Occidentale, avec des cellules importantes. Le califat est promu aussi par d'autres groupes islamiques et par des individus en Israël, en Asie Centrale et en Chine, dans la province de Xinjiang. En Israël ce message de califat global a déjà été entendu dans le passé. En mars 2007, alors qu'il s'adressait à un rallye de masse, un chef du Hamas ex-officiel de l'AP, Mahmoud A-Zahar a réitéré la position fondamentale de son organisation, c'est-à-dire l'éradication d'Israël et l'installation du gouvernement de l'Islam dans le monde entier.
En février 2006, Ibrahim Sarsour, le président des partis unifiés Liste arabe et Taa'l à la Knesset, disait: "La loi sur terre, du moins en terre arabe et musulmane devrait être dictée par un caliphe. Nous croyons dans l'Islam et dans le Califat, et pas dans la séparation de la religion et de l'état". En septembre de la même année, le chef de la branche nord du Mouvement islamique en Israël a déclaré qu'un nouveau califat allait bientôt renaître, avec comme capitale Jérusalem.




Calling for a Global Califate in Ramallah

An international movement that has made the Islamic call for a worldwide Califate its trademark held a conference in Ramallah on Saturday. With this conference, Hizb Ut-Tahrir Al-Islami (the Islamic Liberation Party) has formally established a Palestinian Authority branch in the Global Muslim empire which is the only way to liberate Muslims. PA media reported that the event was attended by thousands of participants under the banner, "Califate: The Coming Force".
The movement said that the establishment of a Califate, a global Muslim empire, is the only way to liberate Muslims from "racism," "degradation," and "occupation." Hizb Ut-Tahrir leader Ata Khalil Abu Al-Rashtha said that the Ramallah gathering was the first of its kind in the PA. Al-Rashta is a civil engineer from Hevron region.
According to the PA-based Ma'an news agency, the first of two lectures delivered at the conference addressed the many conflicts around the world that involve Muslims. The speaker set forth the idea that Califate is the only solution to "rescue" Muslims from their various local predicaments.
The second lecture, titled "Media and the Issue of Califate" suggested that Muslims should make sure the Califate and discussion of global Islamic rule is the first priority of the media. The Califate, the speaker argued, was imperative to Muslim unity.
According to the Hizb Ut-Tahrir website, "Hizb Ut-Tahrir is a political party whose ideology is Islam. Its objective is to resume the Islamic way of life by establishing an Islamic State that executes the systems of Islam and carries its call to the world". The organization was founded in 1952 in Jerusalem.

Ultimately, Hizb Ut-Tahrir wants to see a Califate, accepted by the Muslim masses, that spreads Islam in the world through daa'wa (persuasion) and jihad. Until that point, the group focuses on educating Muslims about its goals, spreading these views among others in their countries and causing un-Islamic governments to disintegrate.

Arab regimes thus consider Hizb Ut-Tahrir a particular threat, as the group's ideology states that "the reality is that all the Islamic lands are currently a House of Faithlessness, for Islam is no longer implemented over them; thus, Hizb-ut-Tahrir adopted the transformation of this House into a House of Islam. With regard to determining whether a household is Islamic or not, this is not dependent on whether its inhabitants are Muslims or not, but rather on what is implemented in terms of rules and on whether the security of the House is in the hands of the Muslims or the infidels".

In Iraq, Jordan, Syria, Egypt, Tunisia and Libya, the regimes have killed or imprisoned dozens of Hizb Ut-Tahrir members. The group is banned completely or partially in several Arab and Central Asian countries, as well as in Russia and Germany. In the United Kingdom, a ban has been proposed due to Hizb Ut-Tahrir's anti-Semitic teachings from Islamic sources.
Hizb ut-Tahrir, active worldwide, now has its main base in Western Europe with large Califate has been promoted by other Islamic groups and individuals in Israel, contingents operating in central Asian Muslim countries and in China's Xinjiang province.

We believe in Islam and in the Califate and not in separation between state and religion" In September of the same year, the leader of the northern branch of the Islamic Movement in Israel declared that a new Califate will soon arise, with its capital in Jerusalem.
