Francois Hollande en Israel en 2013 ? Shimon Peres l'a invite officiellement

François Hollande: “La communauté internationale, et non pas Israel, doivent prendre la responsabilite de stopper I’Iran dans sa course vers l’arme nucleaire”. Le voyage de Shimon Peres à Paris, qui a eu lieu ce jeudi, a été très peu traité par la presse nationale Française.
Lors de son entretien avec François Hollande, le Président israélien a longuement parlé du danger pour l’Europe que pose l’Iran nucléarisé, du mouvement terroriste Hezbollah et du Processus de Paix qui pourrait redémarrer avec le nouveau Gouvernement Netanyahou. Selon les observateurs (interrogés par IsraelValley) qui ont assisté aux entretiens Péres-Hollande, une bonne alchimie a eu lieu entre les deux Présidents.

Shimon Peres : “Nous attendons très bientôt la visite du président Obama. Nous le considérons comme un ami et je pense que cela constituera une bonne occasion de relancer le processus de paix”.
François Hollande : “J’ai dit combien nous voulions renforcer autant qu’il sera possible les sanctions qui sont d’ailleurs efficaces et qui doivent convaincre les autorités iraniennes d’engager des négociations avec le plus grand sérieux et de trouver une issue qui permette de donner toutes les garanties que l’Iran, grand pays, n’accèdera pas à l’arme nucléaire”.
Shimon Peres, “les sanctions sont plus efficaces que nous ne pensions mais pas suffisantes. J’étais très heureux d’entendre le président Hollande dire qu’il envisageait de prendre des mesures supplémentaires car si nous pouvons mettre un terme à ce danger sans recours à l’usage militaire, cela sera préférable. Mais ils (les Iraniens) doivent savoir que tout peut arriver”.
Shimon Peres a déclaré d’autre part que François Hollande était invité à se rendre en visite officielle en Israël “dès que possible” en 2013.
François Hollande a indiqué pour sa part que Shimon Peres était “cordialement invité” à revenir en France pour une “visite d’Etat” avant la fin de son mandat, prévue pour l’été de 2014.

“Iran is not a danger only to Israel, it is a danger to the Gulf states, to Europe and to the whole world,” Holland stated at a joint press conference with Peres.
Peres warned that “the Iranians are playing a dangerous game and they are liable to lose the last chance that the international community is giving them.” Hollande also addressed the peace process, expressing hope that the formation of a new Israeli government would bring an opportunity to renew peace talks with the Palestinians.
“France stands by Israel and the Palestinians and will help to advance peace, and will continue to invest in the economy of the Palestinian Authority and its development. He reiterated France’s position that Israeli expanding of settlements serves an impediment to the advancement of the peace process.
Peres stated that the two-state solution remains the only viable option for peace, and that PA President Mahmoud Abbas is a serious partner for peace.
“Abu Mazen [Abbas] fights terror and is a zealous supporter of peace,” Peres stated, adding that he believes that “the moment a new government is formed in Israel the peace process will be renewed.”
The president said that the upcoming visit of US President Barack Obama to Israel is an important opportunity to restart negotiations for a peace agreement".
